The digital training course on bereavement care for new colleagues

The general part of the online training consists of 6 parts in a group of up to 8 participants.

You can then follow additional modules individually (usually 2 by default) and receive coaching, if desired.

You will receive course materials and various exercises and cases to work with.

The training covers our specific working method and the following components:

- The genesis 

- Core values

- How to connect with collaborative partners and funeral directors.

- Explaining our aftercare in a few sentences

- How do you provide aftercare in organisations?

- How to connect by phone with people in grief.

- How do you listen to mourners?

- Providing tailor-made aftercare: practising with phone calls and cases

- How to become an aftercare provider: the practical issues.

- And more.

Because of the way we work together, we ask for a one-off co-payment for this training.
