We are looking for counselors for grief and loss m/f
Zaedno ruka zaruka is an independent organization with multiple locations throughout Europe.
We work together and assume the strength of every unique person and the search for connection.
Together we can do more, we are more and we know more. With us, the surviving relative or person seeking help always comes first.
Our clients are funeral directors, municipalities, healthcare institutions, executors and employers. We provide them with customized aftercare and guidance. People can also arrange the aftercare themselves with us for those left behind.
In addition, we offer people guidance in other loss situations, such as the loss of health and "living loss".
We support people and are a listening ear, we inform about grieving processes, answer (help) questions and, if necessary, look for the best solution for each situation.
Job duties
You independently shape the aftercare for the surviving relatives within your location.
You like to connect, perform acquisition and maintain your own partnerships with regional organizations.
You build your own network in your own region and maintain this network.
You are part of a team of aftercare providers and bereavement counselors and participate in intervision and training courses of Zaedno ruka zaruka. We also take care of each other.
Job requirements
MBO work and thinking level.
(Experience) expert in the field of grief and loss.
Experience as an independent entrepreneur or the willingness to become one.
Working hours and number of hours are flexible and can be determined by yourself.

We ask for a personal contribution for this training.
